They will get a certificate of completion they can use for resumes/college applications.
Rotational Exposure
Students can try multiple departments instead of locking into one.
Week 1: Camera • Week 2: Grip/Electric • Week 3: Art/Costume
This gives them a taste of the whole ecosystem and may spark unexpected passions.
Community & Alumni Network
Create a small alumni group for the girls who participate:
We will keep them connected with each other and with working professionals.
We will invite them back for advanced opportunities (internships, workshops, future productions).
Over time, this builds a pipeline of female talent and a support system.
Partnerships for Growth
Teaming up with:
Local colleges/film programs (they love feeder pipelines).
Brands that support women in STEM/arts (they might sponsor gear, stipends, or food).
Existing nonprofits (like Girls Who Code, but for film) to strengthen credibility.
